Our skilled pet grooming professionals will make your pets look their very best all while we take special care to put them at ease & keep them safe during all pet spa services.
Positive Pet Experience.
Our professional grooming services include: cutting, styling, de-matting & de-shedding, bathing, coat conditioning, anal expression, nail clipping or dremmeling, and ear cleaning.
We ask that pets arrive just prior to their scheduled appointment, if possible. We don't want the pet to be in a crate for an extended period of time, further stressing the animal against the experience.

Cancellation, No-Show, Late Arrival & Late Pick-Up PolicyClick to viewHide
At Benny's PET DEPOT, we truly appreciate the trust you place in us caring for your pets. Our goal is to keep our schedule running smoothly so every furry friend gets the time and attention they deserve. To help us do that, we kindly ask all clients to follow our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
1. Appointment Reminders
We'll send you a reminder by text, phone call, or email before your appointment. These reminders are a courtesy, but we still ask that you keep track of your scheduled time.
2. Cancellation Window
Life happens — we understand. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. We can be reached by:

- ✔24–48-hour cancellations — Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may incur a $50.00 fee.
- ✔Same-day cancellations — Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment may be charged the total cost of the anticipated service.
3. No-Shows
- ✔No-show charge — No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
- ✔Definition of a no-show — If you miss your appointment without contacting us, it counts as a no-show.
- ✔Prepayment after no-shows — After two no-shows, we'll kindly ask for prepayment on future appointments. This payment is non-refundable.
4. Late Arrivals
- ✔If you are running late, please call us immediately. We will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes.
- ✔If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to keep our day on track. Any rescheduled late arrival is considered a same-day cancellation and may be subject to the same fees.
- ✔If your groomer is still able to accommodate your appointment, a flat Late Charge of $15.00 will apply.
5. Late Pick-Ups
To keep our grooming schedule running smoothly and ensure pets are not left waiting:
- ✔Grace period — We allow a Grace Period of 30 minutes after you are notified that your dog is ready.
- ✔Late pick-up fee — After 30 minutes, you will be charged a Flat Fee of $15.00. Additional late pick-ups may incur additional fees based on time and staff availability.
- ✔Repeated late pick-ups — Repeated late pick-ups may require prepayment or may affect future scheduling.
6. Prepayment Requirements
Clients with repeated (three or more) late arrivals, late cancellations, or no-shows may be asked to pre-pay for future appointments at Benny's PET DEPOT. This payment is non-refundable.
7. Client Dismissal
Missing two consecutive appointments may result in dismissal from future grooming services to keep our schedule fair for all clients.
8. Emergencies
We understand that true emergencies happen. If you experience one, please let us know. Fees may be waived at the groomer's discretion.
9. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Benny's PET DEPOT, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for helping us provide the best care possible for all our furry guests.

Kelsey
Groomer
Kelsey moved to Mechanicsburg from New Jersey in 2017. She began putting down roots with her job right here at Benny's on the sales floor! In May of 2018 she graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Animal Science, concentration in Companion Animals.

Her lifelong dream was to work with animals in any way possible and it was coming to fruition. In addition to working at Benny's she began working with PA Pet Nannies in 2018. When things changed in 2020, Kelsey began studying as an apprentice for pet grooming. Since then she has adjusted her full time work to grooming; learning from other groomers, online classes, Grooming Exposition courses and certifications, and more! She loves working with all dog breeds but especially enjoys doing neaten and trim dogs such as Golden Retrievers and Border Collies. At home Kelsey has a Great Dane and four cats, one a HART foster from Benny's. She can be found spending her spare time with her husband, friends and family (and often times her dog) in activities such as kayaking, traveling to new places and roller skating.
