    Our Frequent Buyer Program rewards you for choosing the best natural food and supplies for your pets. Simply purchase the required number of qualifying items, and your next one is FREE!

    Each brand has its own program — just ask a team member to track your purchases. No apps, no complicated sign-ups. We keep it simple so you can focus on what matters most: your furbabies.

    A few program notes: items are typically grouped by species (dog/cat), size, or weight, and the free item must be of equal or lesser value than the least expensive qualifying item purchased. Some programs require your email address at redemption, and cards must be completed and redeemed within 12–18 months at one local pet food store or within the same independent retail chain. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts and are not valid on online purchases.
